Run your school from one workspace

School Admin is the main operational role in SchoolsRep. Use it to complete setup, manage records, run daily operations, and keep billing active.

Get Started

Use this order when you are setting up a school for the first time.

  1. Open Dashboard and use the setup card as your launch point.
  2. Finish School Setup & Configuration so sessions, terms, classes, and subjects are in place.
  3. Add records in People or bulk-load them from Imports.
  4. Review Classes and Schedule before staff start daily operations.
  5. Set up Fee Tracking and Student Handoff if your school uses them.
  6. Check Plan & Usage so your subscription and limits stay clear.

Common Questions

Should I start with People or Setup?

Start with Setup first. Sessions, terms, classes, and subjects usually need to exist before records and operations make sense.

What is the difference between People and Members?

People is the main directory for students, teachers, and parents. Members is where access and school-role membership are managed.

Where do I renew the school subscription?

Use Plan & Usage. It is the single school-facing billing page for status, limits, pending payment, and renewal.

Why are some actions disabled during grace or expiry?

Billing stays available, but write-heavy operational actions can be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
